Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

If you need to exchange it for the same item because the sizing is wrong, send us an email at info@basariswim.com.au

How to return your item: 

Email info@basariswim.com.au with your order number and name of items you wish to return.

Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Basari Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.

Ship your parcel back to the address provided in the email Basari will provide when you lodge your return. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs back to us must be covered by the customer.
